For all computer services the rates are $75 per hour.
I do not charge for travel, your time does not start until I arrive at your
business or home and begin providing service.
Competition is $55 to $200 per hour and you pay whether it is fixed or
not in many cases.
If Stone's Computer Solutions does not fix it "You Do Not Pay"!
If a repair requires replacement parts and Stone's Computer Solutions
does not perform the parts install and complete the repair, there is a
$25.00 Troubleshooting fee.
These rates are charged per 1/4 hour. In other words, if the job only
takes 10 minutes to complete, the charge is 1/4 the hourly rate.
Monthly Service contracts are available:
$275 for 4 hours service
You save $25 off the hourly rate.
$400 for 6 hours service
You save $50 off the hourly rate.
$500 for 8 hours service
You save $100 off the hourly rate.
Then only $65 per hour after using the purchased monthly service
An additional $10 off the regular hourly rate.
Other solutions can be setup. This is just a short list of the possibilities
with Stone's Computer Solutions.

I must be allowed to resolve the issue, at no additional cost, in a time not to exceed the original allotted
time. If additional services are ongoing, I am allowed to fix the issues to be completed by the time all
other services are completed. Any payments received for service, not completed to your satisfaction
after the additional allotted time or completion of all ongoing services will be fully refunded to you.
